STATEMENT OF NON-LIABILITY

Our society has reached the point where we are advised that, in order to protect ourselves, our business, and our families from possible lawsuits, we must include a statement of non-liability in every business dealing.  Since we believe that human beings are wholly responsible for their own actions, we object to this necessity and to the morality that has spawned it.  However, we would object even more strongly to being sued - so here it is.

Motor racing is dangerous!  Hell, driving a car is dangerous!  You will crash and you will most likely be injured or even killed!

The price of man in motion is the occasional collision.  To be competitive in this sport it is necessary to operate at the outer edges of the performance envelope.  The closer we come to that edge, the greater the risk of falling off.  Our business is improving the performance of the racing car and driver.  We deal with the deliberate exploration of the outer limits of traction.  The closer the racing car approaches its potential, the less forgiving it becomes - and the greater the chances of an accident when an error in judgment occurs.

If, while using any of the products, services, or advice provided by Evolution Performance Driving School, its employees, owners, investors, or agents you should exceed the limits of traction, mechanical strength, and/or good judgment while on a race track, the street, the car wash, or in your own driveway, you will have done so through your own conscious decision and actions.  We take no responsibility for your actions - and the subsequent crash.

All services, products, and advice provided by Evolution Performance Driving School, its employees, owners, members, investors, or agents are intended for off-road use only.  Nothing we build, sell, or install has been tested to any government approved safety standards nor has any government agency reviewed or approved our products and services.  To our knowledge, nothing we build, sell, or install has been designed or tested by any formally trained mechanical engineer.
