Event or School Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued up until 30 days prior to the event or school. Within 30 days of the event or school, an Evolution Gift Certificate will be given to all cancelling parties, unless Evolution or the hosting region can pull a student from a waitlist. Special exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and are at Evolution's discretion.
Warranty:
Evolution offers a full 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. We aim to create happy customers. If for any reason you feel the product was not a good fit for your needs, just contact us and let us know. After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original product purchase price (not including shipping).
We pride ourselves in offering high quality products, but even the best products can occasionally have a problem. If the item you purchased from us has a problem in 90 days, let us know so we can replace it. This does not include items damaged from high shock, collisions, or misuse.

Shipping:
We ship all stocked products the same day or within 24 hours. If a product is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you, normally the same day. We try to process all orders by 3:30pm PST. If you have a rush order and want to make sure it gets shipped out, we encourage you to call us and let us know. Orders received after 3:30pm will ship out the following day.
You should get an automated email from the online store notifying you that your order was placed, and then another when the order was processed and shipped. If your second email indicates that the order is "complete", that means the order has shipped.
If the cart shows a shipping charge of zero, Evolution will add the normal shipping charges. If that is not acceptable, please do not submit an order. If you are having an item shipped to a country outside of USA , please feel free to contact us for a quote. If your country is now listed as being available for shipment, you can email us. We do not sell product to certain listed countries.
If you ordered something that is shipped with Fed-Ex, we will also email you your tracking number. Items shipped domestically via USPS will ship with delivery confirmation.
Time for Delivery:
Most items will ship from Southern California. Items shipped via Fed-Ex Ground and US Mail will often be delivered the next day in California, Arizona & Nevada and then take longer as the distance increases from the Southern Californa area. Priority Mail will range from 1 day, to 3 days for delivery in the continental USA , but there are no delivery guarantees for Priority Mail. A delivery to the east coast via Fed-Ex Ground might take a week. International shipments often have delays due to customs. We ship international shipments via Airmail. Expect times of one week to Australia and UK for example. Often shipments to Canada experience the longest delays.
